1. About PRISM REWORKS

PRISM REWORKS creates unique, handmade clothing using secondhand garments, vintage textiles, quilts, fabrics, and other pre-existing materials. Each piece is individually reworked by hand and is intended to be one-of-a-kind.

Because our products are made from previously used materials, variations in colour, texture, stitching, fading, wear, and fabric condition are normal and are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.

Due to the handmade and reworked nature of our clothing:

No two pieces are necessarily identical.
Minor imperfections, signs of previous wear, and variations may be present.
Fabric and garment characteristics may vary from piece to piece.
Measurements may have slight variations due to the handmade nature of our products.

Any visible imperfections or notable wear that may affect your decision to purchase will be described or shown in the product listing whenever reasonably possible.

3. Secondhand & Reworked Materials

PRISM REWORKS uses secondhand and/or previously existing clothing, quilts, fabrics, and textiles. These materials may show signs of their previous life, including minor fading, stitching marks, small imperfections, variations in colour, or other signs of wear.

These characteristics are not considered defects when they are consistent with the nature of the materials used and the product description.

By purchasing a PRISM REWORKS item, you acknowledge and accept that the item may contain characteristics associated with secondhand or vintage materials.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by PRISM REWORKS.

Prices are displayed on the website in USD currency.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed and shipped.

PRISM REWORKS reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to, inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. One-of-a-Kind Items

Many PRISM REWORKS pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once an item has been sold, an identical replacement may not be available.

For this reason, please carefully review the product photographs, description, measurements, and condition before purchasing.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because PRISM REWORKS pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and created using secondhand materials, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept or provide ANY Returns or Refunds. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

7. Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact PRISM REWORKS promptly and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the item and packaging, where applicable

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

8. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete.

PRISM REWORKS is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier companies, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not cover stolen packages.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and, where applicable, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

PRISM REWORKS cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

10. Clothing Care

Reworked and secondhand garments may require special care.

Care instructions, when provided, should be followed carefully. Because each piece may combine different fabrics, vintage materials, stitching, embellishments, or other textiles, appropriate care may vary between products.

PRISM REWORKS is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, cleaning, storage, alterations, or other care that is inconsistent with the provided care instructions.

When in doubt, gentle washing or professional cleaning may be recommended depending on the individual garment.

11. Intellectual Property

All original photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, branding, website content, and other original materials created for PRISM REWORKS are the property of PRISM REWORKS or are used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use PRISM REWORKS content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
